Humans are goal oriented beings. We strive for college degrees, promotions, better health, pay raises, more free time, and having our team get the highest scores on Call of Duty. Your goals might be simple like getting out of the grocery store without buying anything that is not on your list, or they may be huge like becoming the next President of the United States or setting a world record.
Goals are very personal things. You may share yours or not. You may have many or few. They might be something that you must accomplish against great odds or they may come easy. You may receive a lot of encouragement from those around you or you might face a lack of support. In the end, it does not matter, because if you want it bad enough you will give it effort and attention, even if you are not yet sure how you will accomplish it. So the first step, is believing. I believe in you, and I want you to believe in yourself as well.

Here is what you can do to start before our consultation: Make a mental or written list of the things you want to accomplish bad enough that you are willing to do something about it – even if you are not quite sure how to go about it. Have this list ready during our consultation. If you are not sure what to put on the list, that is OK because we can do that together.
