Accountability

Sometimes one of the best ways to stay motivated is through accountability. There is something so fulfilling about describing my successes when someone asks me how something is coming along. For example, I love telling people how many classes I have left until I have my Master’s degree in clinical psychology.

Many of you only need be accountable to yourselves, but for the rest of you, it helps to have someone holding you up to those resolutions, goals, and action plans. A Lifestyle Consultant is a person who will not only be your accountability partner, but your cheerleader as well. We are often the first people to celebrate your progression toward whatever you were working toward. We help keep you motivated and see the light at the end of the tunnel when the struggle gets a little too real. You got this, I make sure to remind you of it.
